The Lord desires nothing less than that which fully represents His glory, His resurrection life, His victory over death, His absolute Lordship and authority. The Lord will not accept anything less; He desires His Church to live up to His full thought or have nothing at all. Only when
the Church holds onto and fully embodies this Testimony can she stand as an overcomer. We see from Rev. 2 and 3 that so much is at stake in our overcoming: our place in the very throne of God, our reigning with Christ, our standing as a pillar in His house, and much more. This issue of overcoming is crucial, and it cannot be achieved without upholding the full testimony of Christ.
